Hi all, I'm a 41-year-old gay cis-man, sober for 6 years and looking to live in an area close to a gym and outdoor amenities.
I'm a Londoner who has also spent 10 years in Berlin, so I speak both English and German. I will spend most of my time practicing massage both in-call and out-call, working out in a gym, walking out in nature or doing anything else that involves movement. I am a non-smoker.
Ideally I would like a studio flat but I can live in shared accommodation with people over the age of 35. I also need space to fit my massage table. I am a UC claimant who qualifies for a one-bedroom rate.
I can be flexible around dates but I need to give 1 month's notice to current landlord. A reference can be available upon request.
