I am a 24 year old male chemical engineer seeking a room for myself from 5th January 2026, ideally for a year. I commute to work Monday to Friday, and I am seeking a room because I am relocating to a new position after working in Spain.
I am a non-smoker with no pets and I enjoy playing football, guitar, travelling, skateboarding, reading, going out for food and drinks and running.
I also like to keep my space organised and tidy, and look forward to living with like-minded people.
I will be paying rent monthly, as I receive my salary on a monthly basis, and I am available for viewings from 21st December onwards.
