A buddy for a flat share (with kids part time)

Hi,

I am looking for a fellow tenant for flatshare or a double room (myself only)

I am responsible professional and looking to rent in Reading - Shinfield, Spencer’s wood or three mile cross. (Area specific due to children’s school) RG7 area. I’d have 2 kids half of the time, i work at home twice a week and 3 days in office, i am tidy and social. I have 2 primary age children, they wouldn’t live with me in the case of room only rental.
