• I’m recovering from anxiety and agoraphobia — I’m doing really well lately and looking for a fresh start in a better environment.
• I’m a trained chef, so keeping kitchens clean and cooking good food is second nature for me.
• I don’t drink heavily or party; I prefer reading, art, music, games, and cooking.
• I’m on benefits while I stabilise my health and build my creative work — payments are reliable and I always pay rent on time.
• I occasionally smoke but always outside and never indoors.

About my dog:
I have a small 10-year-old dog named Chase. He’s very calm and quiet, only barks if he thinks something might trigger my anxiety (which is happening less and less). He’s good with cats once introductions are done — he gets excited, but he’s friendly and gentle.

• A landlord or household that’s okay with a dog (as long as pets get along)
• Somewhere long-term
• Walking distance to town / Lowestoft area
• Budget around £400–600 pm
