Professional female looking for room or buddy

I am looking for a room in Brighton or Hove from March onwards.
I work remotely so will be at home at times during the day, but prefer to work in coworking spaces or cafes.
I was a digital nomad and at one point lived in a shoebox apartment in Japan so highly skilled at not having too much stuff, keeping things organised.
I love art, music, yoga, nature, good food, good wine, travel.
i have a number of friends in Brighton and love socialising, but also like to hermit at home, watch a good film, make a nice meal. I am not a spectacular cook but have a few signature dishes that friends enjoy.
I'd love to share with someone like me - happy in their own company /needs to hermit but also appreciates having someone to have a chat with when they come home.
