Looking for a room in NW London (Zone 2)

Hiya!

I am a 30-year-old professional female from Hong Kong, working as an event planner. I am looking for a double room to rent in a nice and homely place. Ideally, in the area of Kilburn, West Hampstead, Finchley Road, or Swiss Cottages (prefer north west jubliee line). Flexible with moving dates, any time in late March or early April would be best. I have a budget of £1,100pcm.

I usually work in the office most of the week as I have started a new job; I plan to work from home around 2-3 days a week later this year. I have quite a few hobbies and interests outside of work. I love cooking, gaming, arts, film, music, and theatre, and so much more. I am also a freelance photographer! I see myself as an open-minded and a people person, I like socialising with people as I see communication is very important when it comes to any relationship, but I also appreciate and enjoy my own space and time, vice versa to be considerate to others.

I am not much of a party person; however, I like to invite a few close friends to come and visit sometime (of course, I will discuss or communicate in advance)
