Working student looking for a room near Stratford

Hi, I’m a 22-year-old working student studying at Arden University Stratford. I work night shifts, so I’m looking for a calm, respectful household where I can rest properly during the day.

I’m clean, organised, and easy to live with. I keep to myself but I’m friendly and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t smoke indoors and I’m not a party person.

I’m financially stable, earning around £500 per week after tax, and can provide references if needed. I’m ideally looking for a room near Stratford or nearby areas such as Maryland, Forest Gate, Leyton or Plaistow.

I’m flexible with move-in dates and happy to view rooms at your convenience.
