Research assistant seeking room near biomed campus

Hi! I am starting a new role as a research assistant at the University of Cambridge in January. I will be based at the biomedical campus and I am looking for a room in Cambridge starting from around the 28th of December.

I am clean, tidy and respectful of communal spaces, I am used to living in house-shares with several housemates. I am friendly and outgoing, happy to socialise but respectful of other people's quiet-time!

I will be working full time in a lab and like to keep to a regular routine. In my spare time I like to keep fit, try new restaurants and read. I enjoy a trip to the pub as well as relaxing nights in! I am a non-smoker and do not have any pets.

I am seeking a room in a friendly and chilled household within commutable distance (by walking or bike) to the biomedical campus. My contract is 12-months ,initially, so I will be looking to remain in Cambridge for at least a year.
