Seeking a Roomie for a 2 Bed

Hey! Im Eve; I’m 30, vegetarian, sober (just f-in love a DC these days), gym goer and work in events in Mayfair! I’m very clean, tidy and conscientious and would love it if potential roomies had the same values - clean space, clean mind kinda thing! I'm defs up for watching crappy tv and a chin wag but love quiet time too.

The crux of the matter is: I’ve found a property in Turnpike Lane/Wood Green with lots of space, close to transport links, shops, parks, gym etc with a good size living space, 2 double bedrooms, new bathroom and fully fitted kitchen (including dishwasher🙌🏼), it also has a little outside area. I’m looking for a roomie to share with - it’s available from mid Feb. The room split including bills is projected to look like this:
Large double: £1070
Small(er) double: £925
Im not fussy as to which way this would fall for me. I've also got basically all the stuff to kit it out as well.
