House Trained Professional Needs Mid Week Stay

Mature professional male and I have secured a 12 month contract at the City Westminster College as a Tutor. I only need a place Monday to Thursday nights as I live in Essex married with my own house. The commute is the reason for the stay in or near the Paddington Campus College. None smoker, non drinker, house trained, clean, born in UK but lived in Australia all my life so have an accent. Definitely require my own room and ensuite, private entrance a bonus but not a deal breaker. Nice safe area where I do not have to worry about the Zombie Apocalypse. As stated Monday to Thursday night but DO NOT need the accommodation during College Breaks like half terms and summer holidays. Can provide any I. D needed, current DBS on update service, previous military, law enforcement, security trained. I am friendly and do not bite, plays well with others just like my own space, not socially needy, respectful of boundaries, I have no political, nationality, religious, gender, sexual orientation biases.
