Room or studio/flat wanted

Unfortunately I've been made temporarily homeless and have been staying with friends, and am in need of a more permanent solution.

Following an assessment by the Council, I have a Housing Action Plan, whereby the Council will will pay a deposit and an incentive to private landlords/agents that will sign up to their scheme to help end homelessness.

The Council (Southwark) will help with the deposit and an incentive to prospective landlords to help out people who are homeless, and the rent will be paid by housing benefit.
Their assessment is that I will be entitled to up to £1280/month in housing benefit.

For landlords or agents that are already on the scheme, payment can be made within 1 week. For those that are new to the scheme it can take up to 15 days.
Unfortunately a lot of properties go much quicker than this, so I need someone who is prepared to help me out with my situation.

I'm a sociable guy with many interests. I'm respectful and tidy. I'm a part time gardener and teacher and also in receipt of UC.
I'm looking to move somewhere within the next two weeks if possible.
