Short-term rental for female professional

I'm a PhD-level educated female (39) professional, relocating to the Coventry area to work at UHCW and looking for:
- a room / apartment / studio
- to let short-term from 17th January until 4th April
- non-smoking
- within a 30min commute to UHCW
- ideally, council tax and bills included in the rent
- private parking (where possible)
I am a homeowner, so have no recent landlord references, but would be happy to provide proof of employment/income and DBS check etc. I am a reliable, clean/tidy, mature and quiet person and would love to live either by myself or share with other professionals.
My husband and cat remain in the North West until they are also ready to relocate, so I will be away most weekends / days off spending time with them, but my husband might come visit every now and then, so need house mates / landlords that are okay with this too.
I love spending time outdoors and with animals, I read a lot and like music (don't worry, I have noise-cancelling headphones). I'm easy to get a long with, very down to earth, originally from Germany but have lived, studied and worked in the UK since 2011 - and got married to an Englishman..
