My names Orazio, 25 — part-time barber and final-year graphic design student at LCC.

I’m really into art, film, design and music, the latter being one I also make myself (mostly RnB). However FEAR NOT — it lives on my laptop and I’m extremely respectful of noise and others. No 3am speaker sessions, no impromptu DJ sets or crazy recording sessions (unless invited).
Hoping to find a place that feels like an actual home, not just a room. I’d love to live with friendly, like-minded people who are happy to hang out, watch films, play games or just coexist nicely within our own routines.

Housemate credentials include:
* Very tidy (borderline neat freak, but I come in peace)
* Pretty decent cook — traditional carbonara available as a bribe
* Easygoing, considerate and always up for a good time ((currently attempting to become more extroverted, despite a strong love for binge-watching shows)

I’m pretty flexible on location, long as it’s not a quest to get to uni.
Ideally looking for up to 6 months to start, but open to staying longer if the vibe is right.
Budget: up to £900 pcm, bills included
