Double room wanted

I am after a room starting ideally from the 4th January, however am flexible on dates, I can pay immediately for the right house share. Looking at Balham, Clapham or Tooting areas.

I am sociable, courteous and easy going. I will be working in the office 5 days a week.

I have lived in a house share at Uni with both male and females, so am used to the experience of shared spaces.

I love watching pretty much any sport, and play football/cricket/Padel in my spare time. I like going to the pub, eating out etc, but also do like my own down time - watching films and playing on the PS5.
