Looking for Flatmate (Leeds City Centre)

I’m looking for a respectful, chilled flatmate who’s easy to live with and keeps shared spaces tidy. I’m sociable and love having a laugh, but I also like the flat to be calm during the week.

A bit about me
I graduated last year from the University of Leeds
I work in finance and I’m up early, usually 7am, to start work at 8am
I’m into golf, boxing, and pretty much any sport
I like going out, drinking and having fun, but I’m not looking for a party house
I drive
I’ve got a dog, so you’ll need to be cool with dogs (he’s friendly)

What I’m looking for
Someone respectful, chill, and not super loud on weekdays
Good communication, pays rent on time, and keeps things clean

The place
I know a double bedroom that’s £700 per month, right in Leeds city centre.
