Hi! I’m a Master’s student at Ulster University (Birmingham campus, B3 3PL) looking for a comfortable, clean and affordable room in a shared house or flat.

– Close to Ulster University Birmingham campus (B3 3PL)
– Preferred postcodes: B3, B2, B1, B5 or nearby areas with good transport links

I’m a friendly, responsible and tidy postgraduate student. I respect shared spaces, keep things clean, and balance study with a calm lifestyle. I’m easy-going and comfortable in a shared home.

🛏️ Room Requirements:
– Single furnished room
– Good Wi-Fi (important for studies)
– Bills included preferred
– Shared kitchen and bathroom is fine

🚍 Travel:
– Walking distance or 15–25 minutes by bus/tram to campus is ideal

£450 – £600 per month (depending on bills included)
