American looking for Flatmates!

Intro:
Hi! I’m an American moving to London in May/June for work in healthcare technology (digital clinical products). I lived in London for a period during college and always wanted to move back, but couldn't get a visa following graduation. Very excited to moving soon on a full-time work visa! 

Habits & Interests:
I work standard weekday hours and generally keep a 10:30ish-6:30ish sleep schedule. I am naturally outgoing, but have become more introverted over the years. I value a clean, calm, and warm home environment. I have a lot of hobbies and love doing them with others: running, hiking, photography, music (playing and listening), writing, finding good food, etc. I plan to get involved in a run club and a church soon upon arrival. 

Rental Details: 
I’m looking for a Zone 1 flatshare with 1-3 other working professionals, with a budget up to £1,300; however, I am open to zone 2 with ideal tube connections. My order of priorities are: 1. Location, 2. Niceness/Amenities, 3. Size. I'm flexible on neighborhoods--working in Marylebone and would LOVE to be able to walk, but I know this is wishful.
