Professional Couple Seeking Double Room

Hi! We’re a friendly, reliable professional couple aged 25 & 26, looking to rent a room together, ideally with an ensuite.

We’re both university graduates working full-time **outside the home**, and we can provide strong landlord references. We’re tidy, respectful, and easy to live with, and we take good care of the places we rent.

What we’re looking for:

* Double room (ensuite preferred)
* Budget: up to £850 PCM, bills included
* Move-in date: around 1st January (flexible)
* We don't have pets but don't mind if the household has pets!

We’re considerate, quiet housemates who value a clean, relaxed home and good communication. Happy to join an existing household and keen for a long-term let if it’s a good fit.
