Hi! I’m Anima, a London-based solicitor, and I’m looking for a female flatmate to share a 2-bed, 2-bathroom flat with me.

I already have a couple of strong properties lined up that I’m keen to target, mainly around Clerkenwell / Farringdon / Old Street (great spots with excellent connectivity).

The area is incredibly well connected — Northern Line, Hammersmith & City Line, Metropolitan Line, Circle Line, and easy access to the City. It’s a perfect location for professionals, with plenty of gyms, coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby.

Budget: £1,600–£1,700 per person
Move-in: Around 1 February
Looking for: A like-minded, tidy professional woman who’s happy to buddy up and move fairly quickly.
