🌱 Babysitting / Childcare in Exchange for Accommo

Hi! 👋

I’m a Master’s student in Psychology at the University of Glasgow, and I’m currently looking for a room in exchange for babysitting or childcare-related support.

I’m fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, friendly, patient, and genuinely enjoy spending time with children. I’ve previously helped take care of my sister’s and cousin’s children, including daily supervision, playtime, and learning activities, and I’ve always been very well-liked by the kids. I’m confident in building trust with children and supporting them in a warm, responsible way.

🧸 I can offer help with:

Babysitting and general childcare

School pick-up and drop-off

Teaching Mandarin Chinese (basic conversation, pronunciation, or fun learning for kids)

Playing with children, reading, and providing companionship

Light childcare-related support

Cat care / cat sitting (I like cats and am comfortable looking after them)

🏡 What I’m looking for:

A private room

Ideally with a desk or study space

A home that allows me some quiet time for studying and independent learning

I’m tidy, reliable, calm, and easy to get along with. I truly enjoy life, value meaningful connections, and take responsibilities seriously. I’d love to be a supportive presence in your home while having a stable place to live and study.
