Looking for flatmate (Leeds City Centre)

Hi, I’m Scott.

I have a spacious double room and bathroom available bang in the middle of Leeds City Centre.

I’m looking for a respectful, chilled flatmate who’s easy to live with and keeps shared spaces tidy. I’m sociable and chilled person I like watching series or a film and enjoy going out occasionally to local bar and pubs, but I also like time to myself to unwind and the flat to be calm during the week.

A bit about me
I work as a videographer/photographer for menswear brand.
I usually get up early to go gym before work, and work in the office 5 days a week.
I’m into anything creative, movies, series and fitness.
I like going out, socialising and drinking from time to time and having fun, but I’m not looking for a party house.

What I’m looking for
Someone respectful, chill, and not super loud on weekdays
Good communication, respectful and pays rent on time, and keeps things clean. Especially as we will be sharing a living room, kitchen and downstairs toilet.

A double bedroom and bathroom that’s £700 per month, right in Leeds city centre.
2 story flat with balcony that has stunning views of the city.
3 bathrooms in total
Washing room with built in washing machine.
Kitchen has everything you need, cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge and storage.
