We are a professional couple currently looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to call home in Newcastle. I work as an architectural professional, and we are responsible, tidy, and respectful tenants who value a calm and pleasant living environment.

We are ideally looking for:
• A studio apartment or one-bedroom property, or
• A double room with en-suite in a shared property with no more than 3 bedrooms in total

Our preferences include:
• Professional household
• Minimal sharing
• Clean, quiet, and well-looked-after space
• Bills included (preferred)
• Good public transport access City

Preferred Rent: (Rent+bills+council tax)
£700 for studio
£500 Sharing property

(Our budget is slightly flexible and can be adjusted depending on the property, location, and overall suitability)

We are non-smokers, take pride in keeping our space clean, and treat the property as our own.
