26, Seeking Buddy Up in E&C

I’m a 26-year-old professional looking to share a flat. I’m quite flexible with the setup: I’m open to joining an existing flatshare if someone has a room available, but I’ve also been searching for a place myself and have found a great option if anyone is interested in starting a new tenancy together.

I’ll be working from the office five days a week, so I'm looking for a calm, high-quality home to return to in the evenings. I value a clean, tidy, and respectful living environment where flatmates can live in harmony while remaining friendly and approachable. Outside of work, I stay active with football, bouldering, and jiu-jitsu, and I’m always down for a game of paddle ball or a weekend hike. Also big on exploring new parts of the city.

The place I've found is Tantallon House. Two-bedroom apartments here typically range from £2,895 to £3,100 pcm, so I am looking for someone with a personal rent budget of roughly £1,450 – £1,650.
