About me:
Many people call me Al. I am 30 years of age. I am originally from the Philippines but I now call Australia my home. I will be moving to London in early Feb 2026.
I work as an accountant (formerly an auditor as well). Outside work, I love to go to the gym, hanging out with mates whether a stay in or eating out. I also do love to cook and bake. And when I have the chance, I do love to travel.
What I am looking for:
I will be arriving to London on 10 Feb 2026 so looking to move in on that date.
I am looking for a nice and comfortable flat with en suite bathroom and toilet. I am looking for long-term stay preferably in East London (ideally around Hackney area). Sharing with only 1 or 2 people ages between 25-35 would be ideal for me (non-smoking preferred).
I have rented a flat before in Singapore for a few months in early 2025. During this time, I have had been clean and respectful to the house rules during my stay. I also got along well with my live-in landlord at that time.
Given that I am based in Australia at the moment, I am happy to be contacted on WhatsApp for viewings and also a small chat for brief introduction!
