We are a quiet, responsible couple looking for a studio or self-contained room in Colchester or the surrounding area from January (flexible on the exact date).

I am a working professional, and my wife is a student. We are clean, organised, and respectful of the property and neighbours. We value a calm living environment and are looking for a long-term arrangement rather than short stays.

Ideally, we are looking for:

Good transport links or easy access to local amenities.

We take pride in keeping our living space well maintained. References, proof of income, and a deposit are all available immediately.
