Looking for a room

Hi! I’m Daniel. I’m looking for somewhere to stay and I’m completely open to house sharing at this moment as long as it’s within budget. I work in a veterinary practice full time doing 40/50 hours a week and currently live with my mother. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances between us both, I would like to move out pretty much as soon as I possibly can. I have no limit in mind in terms of how long I would to occupy a room but I imagine it would be for a good while until I get myself settled some more. At minimum I would estimate about a 5-6 month occupancy. Please get in touch with me if you have something available to offer. I would like off road parking ideally but apart from this I don’t have any requirements to add. It may be beneficial to say at this point that I’ve not rented or shared a room with someone before and as this will be my first time I wouldn’t be able to provide a reference for occupancy. Work references available if you feel this would be beneficial.
