Buddy up for a 2-bed flat / affordable single

Hi! I’m a friendly, respectful and tidy person working part-time and planning to move from February or March.

My first preference is to buddy up with someone to rent a 2-bed flat, so we each have our own private bedroom. I really value privacy, a calm home, and clear communication.

If I don’t find the right buddy match, I’m also open to moving into a more affordable single room in a small, quiet house share.

What I’m looking for:

Buddy up: around £650–£700 each (excluding bills ideally)

Single room: £600–£650

Areas: Zone 2/3, good transport links

Clean, considerate, and easy-going people

Long-term preferred, but flexible
