20 year old professional looking for June move in

Preferably a sociable house, I do want to be quite close with my housemates as I would be new to the area and wouldn’t know anyone. However, not much of a party animal other than the occasional club night. I’ll be working most of the week so I’m not after anything too rowdy although I do love a good night out/in!

I’m pretty clean and overall respectful, but I’m also easygoing and not too uptight about cleaning as long as everything’s hygienic I’m good. I’m doing an industrial placement so any grads/ likeminded individuals welcome. I’m also not single so I will have the occasional visitor but it’s essentially long distance so that won’t be very frequently and I will obviously give notice.

I need to get outside more so granola girls encouraged and I am very pet friendly (feline leaning) x
