Professional seeking creative living space

After helping care for my 94 year old father for the last 2 years I am looking to move to Weymouth area from Windsor to settle permanently in Dorset which has been my happy place since I was a small boy.
I am a 60 year old professional male with a very young soul and outlook, very easy going and get on with anybody from 18 to 80. I am very clean and extremely tidy and I would suit either male or female companions for house sharing. Loud noise, traffic or loud music does not bother me at all either.

I am looking for a large room big enough for the bed and a large office desk for my multi screen computer. An en-suite shower room would be a big plus but not essential. Would consider furnished and non furnished. Minimum let of 12 months as I would be looking for long term. Studio and 1 bedroom flats also considered and budget is totally flexible if I like it. Parking is essential either at property or on road.

I have rented in 3 different properties in Reading suburbs for 5 years and Totnes Devon for 7 years never ever being a minute late with the rent all that time and I can supply reference from my last letting.

I do smoke, but only roll ups which don't stink like ready mades and would require to be able to smoke solely in my room while I work and nowhere else.

I am looking for let to start about end of March, beginning of April but If a very suitable rental was offered and is wanting to start earlier I would be prepared to pay the full rent until I could move in as I need to clear Dads house ready to sell before I can move.

I am a computer graphics designer, creative ai visualiser, videographer and trainer and work totally remotely from home so I would need good broadband or I would be willing to pay for upgrade and monthly bill.
