I am a 25 year old male software engineer working hybrid from Solihull. I am looking for a double room with a moving date from 01/02/2026 (this is flexible), and I have a budget of £750.

Non-negotiable requirements include:
- Double bed
- Ability to work from home (if there is no desk then there must be space for me to get my own one)
- Parking (street parking is fine if it is close by and reliably available)
- Commutable distance from Solihull town centre (within 20 miles should be fine)
- Communal space (specifically a kitchen)

Other ideal requirements but not required include:
- En suite
- Wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Garden
- TV (bedroom or living space)

I would like to share with males or females of any ages (a mixture of both and being of similar age to me is a plus).

I can provide right to rent documents and proof of income but I do not have references from any previous tenancy as this will be my first.

I am looking for a clean home with other professionals and I am open to both social and more quiet homes.
