I'm looking for a flat in the centre or about 30 m

I work in the center, and I've traveled a lot so far, I'd like to be closer to my job. I'd like a studio apartment, but my income probably isn't enough for that, so I'm also interested in a room to rent. I am a 49-year-old man. I smoke, but if it's not allowed in the apartment, I comply. In my little free time, I mainly watch movies, documentaries, and cook for myself. My mother posted the ad (that's why her photo is there) because I don't have time, but she has a lot (she is a retired teacher who lives in Hungary. Sorry for that, we don't want to mislead anyone).
