Hi, we are a friendly and respectful student couple looking for a furnished room in Southend. Ideally, we are looking for a place near Southend High Street or within a maximum 20-minute walk from the High Street.
We are happy to live in a shared house and don’t have any issues with shared housemates or communal areas such as the kitchen or living space. We are clean, quiet, and easy-going, and we always respect house rules and other residents.
We are looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, furnished room and are flexible with move-in dates. Please feel free to get in touch if you think your place could be a good fit for us.
