Looking for flatmates/ flat or someone to buddy up

Hi! I’m Florence, 23 and I’m currently looking for a flat/room. I’m easy-going, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy a good balance of social time and my own space, and I’m used to living with others. I’m looking for either a one bedroom flat or some flatmates preferably young professionals like myself.
My budget is 700 max either in the west end or the city centre. I would need parking close by.

I’ll be working at the commonwealth games from Jan to August so and I’m looking for a calm, friendly place to call home.

I’m very active, love to get out and about at the weekends, seeing friends, hosting dinners or having a chilled night in. I’ll be in the office 9-5 most days so looking for someone who is friendly and someone who I will get along with to have a good chat after a long day.
