Looking to Rent

Hello! 😊
I’m a 29-year-old (turning 30 in March) professional female looking for a double room in Gateshead or nearby, ideally with good links for commuting. However, I do also have a car and drive.

I work full-time in a Drug and Alcohol Recovery service, Monday-Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, and I’m usually away most weekends, so the house is often nice and quiet.

A bit about me:

Very clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces

Mature, easy-going, quiet, and reliable

I love travelling, cooking, exploring new places, and I’m quite an artsy and creative person and will often have downtime doing some my cultural traditional beadwork.

I have two lovely cats, Flora and Clover, they’re very well-mannered, affectionate, and used to living in shared homes. They turn 2 years old in June.

I’m ideally looking for a double room, furnished or partially furnished, though I’d consider unfurnished depending on location and cost.

I’ve recently gone through a marriage separation, but I’m very settled, emotionally stable, and simply looking for a comfortable, calm place to call home.
