Double room from Feb/March

Hi 😊

I’m Emma, 34, from Sheffield. Currently in a short term agreement and looking for somewhere more permanent from the end of Feb/March, I can be flexible with move date.

I work on the campaigns for a global spa & skincare brand, which will still involve travel to shoots from time to time. My family are also based up North who il visit regularly. I work from an office in Bank 3 days and WFH 2 days.

I own my own home so I’m reliable, organised and currently live in a house share so I’m sociable/fun but very respectful of spaces & boundaries - cleanliness is important to me. I love a good conversation but can also work long hours so enjoy my own time too ☺️

I love spending time outdoors, hiking, weight training, spicy margs, travel, baking - my brownies are 10/10, reading, yoga, drinks/dinners & catch ups with the girls and family.

I own a wardrobe full of clothes so storage space needed.

Looking for:

• Double room (ensuite ideal, shared bathroom ok)

• Budget £900–£1,250 (flexible to find suitable/right place )

• Open to all South / West areas - Ideally Fulham/Wandsworth or Queens Park area as I have friends there!

• Available to start viewings ASAP.
