Seeking a Tidy and Comfortable Room in Brighton

Hello, my name is Mabel (Gender- Female). I’m looking for a room to rent in Brighton or Hove, hoping to move in from mid-January 2026 (ideally by 15 January).

I recently moved to the UK after completing a Master’s degree in Thailand, and I currently work remotely in research and project-based work. I spend most of my time studying or working quietly on my laptop. I also have the full right to rent in the UK.

I’m a clean, tidy, and respectful person who always takes care of shared spaces. I value a peaceful home environment, good communication, and I’m considerate of others’ routines and boundaries.

I’m looking for a comfortable room for one person, somewhere suitable for both working and resting, with friendly and considerate housemates and a calm atmosphere.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching films, going out occasionally, and walking along the beach. I also enjoy watching football. I’m friendly and sociable, but also independent and respectful of privacy. Cleanliness, good communication, and a relaxed home are important to me.
