Budget: up to £750/month
Room: double room
Work: mostly work from home, office only a few days a week

A bit about me — I’m easygoing and tidy, love travelling and trekking, hit the gym regularly, enjoy snooker, exploring cafés, and weekend outings.

I’m ideally looking for a place near a tube station, in a good locality with low crime rates.
