Teacher and black cat looking for a home

Hello!
This is Valentina, I'm a secondary school HLTA (hopefully trainee teacher soon!) in Abbey Wood.
I'm looking to relocate with my cat as my current home is around 1.5 hours away from my workplace, and the commute is getting very tiring.

I work full-time and I love my job. I'm also a part-time writer and photographer, I love being creative in any possible way. I'm mostly an introvert and need lots of alone time, but I'm also often up for a chat or a night out (gigs like concerts or plays are my thing!).

Biscuit is an indoor black cat. She's three years old, fully vaccinated and spayed. She's obviously trained to stay indoors, as she has been living in houses her whole life.

I'm looking for something short or long term, but minimum 3 months.
I'd like to live in areas like Welling and Bexley, but I'm open to nearby areas in South-East London as well.
My budget is up to 1400 including bills, but I would prefer staying below 1000, as I'm saving up to buy my own place.
I don't mind other pets, as long as they can get along with cats! My Biscuit is very good with other animals.
