Looking for buddy up

Hey I'm Christopher. Looking for a buddy up situation from about the middle of March 26.
Im a laid back guy and can get on with anyone really. I work in construction generally but have taken some time off to write. I'm bilingual, can speak italian (fluent) Arabic(fluent) and Swahili(ok). I have a young son who lives abroad but visits a few times a year and will be staying with me when he does so. So no weirdos plz.
I have a budget of about 750 a month. I would prefer to be in the werrington area of Peterborough or possibly city centre. I'm comfortable sharing a place with most, age, race, sexuality, gender and religion mean very little to me. Essentially as long as ur not a complete bell we should get along fine.. dont hesitate to get in touch if u think we could potentially buddy up.
