Professional looking for a room

Hey! So, I'm making a big move to a new city for a structural engineering job and I'm on the hunt for a room to rent. I'm pretty much always out and about, though, so don't expect me to be cluttering up the place. You'll probably find me at the gym most of the time. I'm pretty low-maintenance and just need a comfy spot to crash.
