Searching for Existing Flat Share/Buddy Up in E16

Hi there,

I’m looking to buddy up or find an existing share looking to welcome an additional mate in either a 2 or 3 bedroom flat.

A bit about me, I am 29 and have been living in London for about 2 years now. My work in tech is in central London with 4-day in office setup, working from home only on Fridays, where I can also work from libraries/cafes at times on those days too.

My budget is about £1300 including bills, but can be slightly flexible. My current tenancy ends on the 14th of February so looking to move on/before then. I really value cleanliness, clear communication and respect, and a fun and easy going vibe.

Ideally looking to stay in the Royal Wharf development in E16 outer East London area. If you are not familiar with the development, let me fill you in. The development is made up of newer builds, well kept with lots of landscaping and surrounding Thames Barrier Park. The following amenities are also all included; Large equipped gym with regularly scheduled classes included; Pool, Hot tub, Sauna, Steam room, and Cold plunge; Concierge, Post room and Security.
Its located in Silvertown (Zone 3) with multiple transport options (see below), the area has been made to feel like a community, with cafes, and services such as a hairdresser, barber, pharmacy, post etc. and it’s also nice for walking around:
-Pontoon Dock and West Silvertown DLR (closest about 3-4min walk);
-Canning Town (Jubilee Line);
-Custom House (Elizabeth Line);
-Uber Boat from Royal Wharf Pier (3-4min walk);
-Cable Car.

I would prefer to stay within this development but can be open to other suggestions.
