My name is Mohammed. I’m a GP trainee doctor moving to the area for work and looking for a comfortable, well-kept room from mid-January (around the 16th).

I’ll be working full-time in the NHS, so I’m generally quite busy during the week. I’m respectful, tidy, and easygoing, and I value a calm, friendly home where everyone is considerate of shared spaces.

I’m ideally looking for:

A clean, furnished room

A quiet household (especially at night)

Reliable heating, hot water, and good internet

A place where mutual respect and cleanliness are important

I’m a non-smoker, don’t host parties, and prefer a relaxed, drama-free environment. I’m happy to share with other professionals and would like somewhere I can settle into long-term if it’s a good fit.
