Looking for double room/buddy up

Hi there,

I’m a 28 year old professional working in tech and I’m looking for a double bedroom or a buddy up in Central London, Highbury and Islington or Battersea. Good transport links are really important for me, so I’m keen on areas with easy access to the tube or trains.

I’m tidy, easy going, social, and respectful. I enjoy a friendly home where people can chat, share a meal sometimes, and feel comfortable, but also respect each other’s space. I’d love to live with someone who has common sense, is friendly, and considerate. I’m not looking for a house full of strict or unnecessary rules, and definitely not an unsocial atmosphere. Mutual respect and a positive vibe matter most to me.

I’m moving from my own place, so I’ll be bringing quite a few useful things to the house. This includes a Roomba robot vacuum for automatic cleaning, a smart TV, a Nespresso machine, and a full set of kitchenware, utensils, and cooking accessories. Basically, the kitchen will be very well equipped.

My budget is around £1,500 to £1,600 per month for myself.
