Looking for a room

Hi, I’m Bharathi.

I’ll be moving to Edinburgh in early September to begin my MSc in User Experience at Edinburgh Napier University.

Before returning to university, I worked as a UI/UX Designer, so I’m a mature postgraduate student who’s used to a professional routine and independent living.

I’m naturally quiet, tidy, and organised, and I enjoy coming home to a calm, clean environment. I’m a non-smoker and teetotal, and I spend my free time cooking, reading, watching films, or exploring new places. I’m friendly and easy to get along with, while also respecting everyone’s privacy and personal space.

I’m happy to share with students or professionals from any background. For me, a considerate household where everyone looks after the shared spaces is much more important than age or nationality.

About My Studies

I’ll be studying MSc User Experience at Edinburgh Napier University for a year. Most of my time will be spent attending classes, working on assignments, and studying, so I’m looking for a home that’s comfortable and peaceful rather than a party house.

Looking For

I’m looking for a furnished room in a clean, friendly shared home, ideally within 30 minutes of Edinburgh Napier University’s Merchiston Campus.

My preferences are:

* Budget: Up to £650 per month, ideally including bills
* Move-in: Early September 2026
* Furnished room with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and reliable Wi-Fi
* Good heating
* Long-term stay (12 months or longer)
* Clean and respectful household
