Double Room Wanted (S/E London)

Hello :) I'm a 27 year-old professional working in IT looking for a room ideally in south east or east London.

I suppose this applies to everyone to an extent, but I'm looking for a home rather than just a flatshare so vibe/getting on with people is quite important for me. Ideally looking for queer and/or neurodivergent-aware households, but am open to different experiences. I know everyone says this but I am genuinely tidy and respectful and do understand what a washing up brush does and how to flush a toilet so I'm basically perfect.

I’m very open-minded and have been told I'm a kind person. Am generally more of an arts/humanities person despite my occupation (long story..). Very willing to have detailed discussions r. e. living routines/preferences.

Interests-wise I have a couple of inconsistent/nascent creative interests including photography as well as being into electronic music (mainly techno), art/going to galleries, clubbing/raves, socialising. I have also been inside a gym at least once!! 1!

Routine/day-to-day:

- I work from home most days (4/5) on a typical week

- I'm not one to host large gatherings, but the ability to have a friend or two over without stress is important

- I want to return to the gym so being able to cook my own meals where possible is important but am obviously happy to discuss routines and compromise where necessary

- Shared living room/communal area quite important; ideally want to get to know my flatmates and for everyone to feel comfortable around each other
