I'm a clean and tidy friendly professional looking for a short-term let in a clean, quiet and friendly house or flat within 3 miles of Piccadilly station. Relocating for work in mid January - I've a long-term place sorted from late April so looking for a room to rent until then. Preferably a double room but would consider a single and whilst en-suite would be great that's not a deal-breaker. I'll rarely if ever be around at weekends and will be in the office during the week so wouldn't be in the house or flat much other than weekday evenings after work. Would like to share wtih 1-2 other professionals.
