Currently working from home so fast Internet is required. I also need to record sometimes so a quieter place is preferred as well somewhere close to the Tube.

At home I like hanging out but I always need some time to myself to recharge as well.
I have lived with roommates before and know how to maintain and take care of a living area and be mindful of other's space and would appreciate that as well.
