Social house share in North/East London

Hello!

Having started a new job in Wanstead I am looking for a double, modern room in a fun, social and clean house household which has parking and isn't too far for me to commute. I am looking for bills to be included.

A bit about me - I am very clean and tidy and appreciate those who are the same, I would like a household that enjoys social time together but also doesn't mind time to keep to themselves. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym and being active, playing and listening to music and regularly attending gigs and festivals. I do have an electric drum kit which I would love to bring with me and I am very understanding with the times I use it so as not to disturb others.

I work as a veterinary nurse so I do a mixture of early and late shifts, including 1 weekend a month meaning there are some weekdays in which I will be home.
