35 year old female professional looking for home

Hello!

My name is Olivia, I am a 35 year old professional looking for either a fully self-contained studio with bathroom, washing machine and kitchen included, or a large en suite room in a shared house with no more than 4 other people, with other professionals, and definitely not a party house.

Please do not contact me UNLESS the offer comes with an en-suite bathroom, as I am not interested to share a bathroom with anybody else. At all.

I work a lot, go to the gym, and like to cook, so ideally looking for something completely of my own, or somewhere with friendly housemates who are happy to share a meal occasionally, but have their own lives.

Preferably with bills included, looking to move asap.
