Double room in SE London wanted!

Hello! I’m James, I’m 31 years old, and I work between product design and development for a technology startup. I typically work from our office in London Fields, and from home 1-2 days a week. Outside of work, I enjoy making textiles, and I organise a monthly craft group at the Peckham Pelican.

I’m looking for a double room with an atmosphere suitable for home working. I’d prefer a shared kitchen and living area, along with space outdoors to store my bike.

As a flatmate, I’m quiet, tidy and respectful. I tend to spend my free time on craft projects, but I also enjoy board games, as well as trips to local restaurants, galleries and cinemas.
